PENGARUH HUMAN CAPITAL DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BULOG KABUPATEN PINRANG

This study aims to determine the effect of Human Capital and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Bulog Pinrang Regency. The independent variables in this study are Human Capital (X1) and Job Satisfaction (x2). The dependent variable in this study is Employee Performance (Y). This research approach uses quantitative research. This research was conducted at Bulog Pinrang Regency for approximately 2 months. The population was 54 Bulog Pinrang Regency employees. The sample was determined using saturated sampling techniques, so that all populations were sampled. Quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from the questionnaire results used Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that from the partial test results, the t-value of the human capital variable is 4.168>1.67303, with a significance level of 0.000. The t-value of the job satisfaction variable is 1.991>1.67303. with a significance level of . Together, human capital and job satisfaction have an effect on employee performance with an F value. The calculated F value is 44,250 > 3.112, the significance level of F is 0.000. The coefficient of determination is 0.634 or 63.4% while the remaining 36.6% is explained by other variables not studied.
