PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV DE RYTECH IT MAKASSAR

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV De Rytech It Makassar. The examination strategy used in this research investigation is a quantitative technique. Respondents in this study were 40 employees at CV De Rytech It Makassar. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, hypothesis tests, regression tests (t-test and f-test) with the SPSS version 22 program. The results of the study of these variables indicate that leadership (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and job satisfaction variables (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The R square value is 0.571 or 39%, which means that leadership with job satisfaction is 39% and the remaining 61% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.
