Abstrak

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work competency on employee performance at CV. Wisma Benhil Group Makassar. The examination strategy used in this research investigation is quantitative technique. Respondents in this study were 30 people at CV. Wisma Benhil Group. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis test, regression test (t test and f test) with SPSS version 22 program. The results of the study of these variables indicate that organizational culture (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and work competency (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The R square value is 0.374 or 37%, which means that organizational culture and work competency are 37% and the remaining 26% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.
