Abstrak

Human resources are very influential on organizations or agencies. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the role of POAC implementation and job satisfaction on the effectiveness of employee performance at Cv. Benhil Group Makassar. This study uses a quantitative approach. While the population and sample in this study amounted to 30 people using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis methods use validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, descriptive analysis, regression tests (T Test) and (F Test), and coefficient of determination tests. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that partially it is known that the POAC implementation variable has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance, and simultaneously the implementation of POAC and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance at Cv. Benhil Group Makassar. The R square value of 0.248 explains that employee performance can be explained by workload and work stress by 24.8%. while the rest is influenced by other variables not used in this study.
